Making the Move Together - Module 1

Making The Move Together (Module 1) is an introduction to the Los Angeles County Birth to Kindergarten Transition Systems Alignment Framework. The purpose of this framework is to provide a roadmap for school districts and early learning programs in Los Angeles County to align their operating systems to better support a sustained and effective birth-to-kindergarten transition system that starts from the time the child is born through the period in which they move into kindergarten.
