Full course description
Diapering may expose children, early education providers, and caretakers to illnesses that are spread through the fecal-oral route of transmission. Safe and effective diapering policies and procedures, along with proper handwashing, cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting, help to reduce the spread of germs and illnesses that are spread by fecal-oral routes.
This course looks at the various germs that can be spread through fecal-oral transmission and the proper diaper-changing steps that help stop the spread of germs.
